Uchitta is a theyyam which is liked and prayed by the females. This theyyam is also knows as vadakkunathachi. The most significant part in the theyyam performance is that, the theyyam sits on a heap of fire. During the performance, the theyyam holds a vessel on its head, filled with burning coal.
